Human Resources Management
This course is a comprehensive study of Human Resource Management principals and body of knowledge. Students will learn the historical perspective of the profession, management concepts and strategic applications, workplace health and safety regulations and workforce planning. The program targets professionals seeking to obtain a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Certificate Of Completion

American Heritage College awards The Certificate in Human Resources Management to students who successfully complete the program.

Program Prerequisites

This program require a bachelor degree or associate degree and 3 year related work experience.
International students should pass an English as a Second Language proficiency exam prior to be accepted by American Heritage College.
